Data Deletion

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. It is free, there is no form to buy, and you do not need an account to ask.

If you are a patient

You did not sign up with RepHigh — your clinic did, and they hold your record. You can reach either of us:

  • Stop messages immediately. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from your clinic. This takes effect at once and needs no further action from you.
  • Delete your data. Email support@rephigh.com with the subject line “Data Deletion”, and include the phone number that received the messages and the name of the clinic. Or ask the clinic directly and they can delete you from their dashboard.

We only need the phone number to find your record. Do not send us medical information.

If you are a clinic

You can delete an individual patient from the Patients screen in your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account and every patient record in it, email support@rephigh.com from the address on the account with the subject line “Account Deletion”.

What gets deleted

  • Name, phone number, and email address
  • Appointment dates and treatment type
  • WhatsApp conversation history and message content
  • Review requests, feedback, and referral links
  • Missed-call records

How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle, so a deleted record is gone from backups within 30 days of deletion.

The one thing we must keep

The DHA Health Data Quality Policy requires clinics to retain patient communication and consent records for 25 years. Where that applies, we cannot delete the underlying record of the fact that a message was sent and that consent existed for it — deleting it would put your clinic in breach of its own regulator.

What we do instead is remove the identifying and content data: name, email, message text, and treatment detail are erased, and the retained entry keeps only a non-identifying reference and the consent timestamp. You stop being contactable and stop being identifiable, and the clinic keeps the compliance record it is legally required to hold.

This is the only exception. Everything else is deleted outright, and we will tell you in writing which of your data fell under it.

Third parties

Messages already delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform sit on Meta’s systems and on your own phone, and are governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. Deleting your RepHigh data does not delete the conversation from your WhatsApp app; you can do that in WhatsApp itself. Our full sub-processor list is in the Privacy Policy.
